When may we Check-in?

Usually check-in is after 2pm but we are flexible providing we have had time to properly clean and prepare the room.

Can we just turn up?

We always ask our quests to let us know when they are due to arrive so we can be here to greet and settle them in.

What time is Check-out?

Usually by 10.30am, however, we are flexible depending upon the arrival time of the next guest and the opportunity to properly clean and prepare the room in readiness for their arrival.

What is the cost to use the Electric Charging Point?

£5 for an overnight charge. We only have one charging point and it’s allocated on a first come basis.

Do you have wheelchair access?

No and all rooms are on the first floor involving steps

How long is the pool open and how long can it be used?

It depends a bit on the weather but usually its ready to use by early May to mid September. As long as we have notice as to when it is required guests can swim all day/evening.

Can all the guests use the gym at the same time?

Normally yes. However, with the current coronavirus issue we are restricting its use to one guest room at a time on a first come basis. This is generally easy to manage as we try, wherever possible, to only let one room at a time unless it is for a party of friends/family in the same ‘bubble’.

What happens if one of our family have a temperature on arrival?

If your temperature is above 37.5 degrees, it is with great regret we will have to turn you away and refund any payments you have made.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the cancellation is more than 14 days before arrival, there will be no charge for cancellation. If the cancellation is less than 14 days before arrival the full booking value will be charged.

Do you have animals on the farm?

Just two dogs and a dozen horses.

May I bring my dog?

Sorry, no.

Can I buy a take-away and eat it in my room or the garden?

Yes and if you let us know we will provide you with cutlery and crockery.

Is there a minimum stay period?

Yes – two nights.

Is there any charge for a baby?

There is no charge for any child up to 2 years old and if you let us know we can lend you a travel cot, potty loo and high chair.

I have an allergy. Is this a problem for my stay?

It depends on your allergy. If it’s a dairy issue, we can provide almond, soya alternatives. Simply let us know and we will do what we can to help.
